These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the m99m platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and m99m. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the m99m Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between m99m and each Member.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
21+ Only. The m99m Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registration by or for any person below this age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on m99m, you must:
3.2 m99m reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Member fails to provide satisfactory proof of age, m99m may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
3.3 Any winnings generated by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria shall be void and forfeited.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on m99m. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You further agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). m99m will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify m99m immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 m99m reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time as part of its KYC obligations. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
5.1 m99m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank), and USDT TRC20.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform's Cashier page and may be amended from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. m99m does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.4 m99m targets same-session processing for e-wallet withdrawals where KYC verification has been fully completed. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; processing times may vary due to third-party payment provider procedures.
5.5 m99m reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5.6 All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, regardless of whether any bonus has been claimed. Additional wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds as described in Section 6.
6.1 m99m may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the promotion.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
6.3 m99m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect promotions already in progress for Members who have validly opted in prior to the change.
7.1 All bets placed on m99m are final once confirmed by the Platform system. Bets may not be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the Member after confirmation.
7.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. m99m reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that materially affects the outcome of a game round, m99m will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's Wallet.
7.4 Sportsbook bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. m99m is not responsible for errors in odds arising from incorrect data feeds; such bets may be voided at m99m's sole discretion.
7.5 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes in licensed studios and are binding. Results displayed on the Platform are considered final upon settlement.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m99m Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
8.2 Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, m99m may immediately suspend or permanently close the implicated Account(s), void all pending wagers, and forfeit all balances. m99m reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
9.1 All content on the m99m Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, and text — is the exclusive property of m99m or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without m99m's prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m99m and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.
10.2 m99m's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
10.3 m99m does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits m99m's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 m99m is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides Members with the following tools, accessible at any time from Account Settings:
11.2 Self-exclusion requests, once submitted and confirmed, are binding for the requested duration and will not be reversed during that period. A Member who has self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. m99m will use reasonable technical means to enforce exclusions but does not guarantee that circumvention is impossible.

12.1 m99m reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where m99m has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting m99m support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, m99m reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m99m holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and m99m, the Member should first contact m99m support via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. m99m will acknowledge formal disputes within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body designated by m99m's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Nothing in this section prevents m99m from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
14.1 m99m reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, m99m will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or email to registered Members.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at m99m.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
